Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via ground shipping. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your order and location. We currently ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Refund & Damaged Delivery Policy
If your order arrives with punctured or leaking cans, or items are missing, reach out to us and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or credit. Photos may be required to process your claim.
Please note: dented cans are safe to drink and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for shipments returned due to an insufficient address or damage in transit.
Delivery Attempts / Missing Packages
Our carrier typically makes 3 delivery attempts. If all are missed, your package may be returned to our warehouse or sent to a local hold location. We’ll contact you to determine next steps. If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll make it right—with a replacement or refund.
Refunds may take a few business days to appear on your original payment method.
